Who We Are
The Alamo Business Club is a networking group for business professionals primarily located in San Antonio and the surrounding area. Our purpose is simple: to give each member a broad, diverse set of resources to grow, expand, and enrich their business.
We recognized a need in our community to bring like-minded business professionals together, to build relationships while developing effective and trustworthy business alliances. The Alamo Business Club was formed around that idea, and we remain committed to long-lasting, supportive relationships.
We work to cultivate success in a community of support, not competition. We believe in meaningful, fulfilling relationships, both personally and professionally, and our goal is the success of the individual and the group alike.
Our Meetings
We meet for breakfast twice a month, and by now most of us know each other well. There is plenty of catching up and a fair amount of ribbing, and real business gets done in between.
Every meeting, each member gives a quick 60-second commercial about their business. Then two members take the floor for a 10-minute Member Spotlight. Some mornings we trade that for a guest speaker, a workshop, or a breakout session instead.
After that, we go around the room. People pass referrals, share closed business and the one-on-ones they had, drop a few happy bucks toward our year-end charity, and bring up anything else worth sharing.
